Loft conversion - Bristol BS4
A beautiful loft conversion giving stunning views over Bristol
This loft conversion gave the family well-needed adult space encompassing a spacious double bedroom ensuite with walk-in shower enclosure and a walk in wardrobe area. It was also possible to maintain and improve the under eaves loft storage to make it more accessible and useable. Large windows flood the new bedroom with light while the bathroom benefits from a new Velux window as does the walk-in wardrobe. Decoration completed post-build by the client.

A new lease of life for a beautiful old building
Built in the 1860’s the typical large Clifton townhouses all require maintenance from time to time. We were asked to complete a full external renovation on this property including replacement of all the external rainwater goods, all fascia boards, a full reroof, repainting of all the windows on the top two floors, repairs to bath stonework where necessary and rake out/ repointing of the side and rear elevations. The work we have done has given the building a new lease of life and has resolved a number of damp issues that the residents were having problems with..

Bespoke furniture, individual meeting rooms and open plan spaces
We were approached by an international IT company to help shape one floor of its newly leased building into a space that gave workers specific features that allow them to be as efficient as possible. The brief was a mix of open plan space, larger meeting rooms, individual meeting rooms (‘phone booths’) and a breakout kitchen area that is relaxing but functional. We created a large multi-function bespoke oak island unit as well as a variety of bespoke shelving and desk solutions. All the larger meeting rooms are acoustically rated to give privacy for the occupier.

Timber meets brick
We were asked to take on a couple of specific packages of work in a client managed extension. We took on the structural element of widening the existing rear wall opening, the build and installation of a timber wall to one side of the extension, all the roofing structure both on the new extension and on the newly created porch and finally all the second fix elements of fitting the kitchen, utility room, flooring, doors and door linings through the building.
